摘 要:目的改善早、中期老年性痴呆(A lzhe im er d isease,AD)患者的认知障碍,提高其日常生活能力。方法对39例早、中期AD患者进行认知功能训练1年,包括心理护理、记忆障碍的护理、智力障碍的护理、逻辑思维障碍的护理、日常生活能力的护理、安全护理。干预前后采用简明精神状态量表(m in i m ental state exam ination,MMSE)、日常生活能力量表(activities of daily living,ADL)进行评定。结果干预后,患者的ADL得分明显降低(P<0.05),MMSE得分无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论对认知功能障碍有效地护理可提高患者的日常生活能力,延缓病情的进展。Objective To improve the cognitional function and daily life abilities for patients with early and moderate Alzheimer's disease (AD). Methods Thirty-nine cases with early and moderate AD were trained for 1 year by cognitional interventions, which included psychological nursing, safety nursing, daily life ability training, memory disorder nursing, intellective disorder nursing and thought disorder nursing. Mini mental state examination (MMSE) and activities of daily living (ADL) were applied before and after interventions. Results There was significantly difference in ADL level before and after interventions ( P 〈 0.05). But no significant difference appeared in MMSE scale before and after interventions ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Condusion Cognitional interventions could improve daily life abilities of the patients and delay the progress of Alzheimer's disease.
