摘 要:将刺梨汁随饮水给予小鼠,观察其对免疫功能、耐缺氧和耐寒能力的影响。实验结果表明,摄入刺梨汁使小鼠静注炭粒廓清速率显著提高(P<0.05),腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬活性极显著增强(P<0.01),绵羊红细胞(SRBC)致敏小鼠溶血素形成增加50.14%。此外,还发现饮用刺梨汁的小鼠耐缺氧能力显著增强(P<0.05),-13℃冷冻160分钟后的存活率为对照组的2倍。Rosa roxburghii jujce (RRH) was administered to mice with drinking water and its effects on immunological function and resistance to anoxia and low temperature were observed.The results showed that the administration of RRJ markedly increased the clearance rate of iv charcoal particles (P<0. 05) . very markedly enhanced the phagocytosis of macrophages(P<0. o1),and raised the production of hemolysin by 50. 14% in mice. The results also indicated that .in the mice RRJ was givec to , the resistance to anoxia was significantly enhanced(P<O. 05) and the survival rate at - 13℃ in 160 minutes was increased by 100%.
