摘　　要：目的:本文探讨分析了结肠癌的病因;X线表现特点及病理基础。方法:38例结肠癌应用飞利浦数字化(Tele DIAGNOST)900mA多用途胃肠X线诊断机进行了气钡肠道双重造影及肠镜检查术后病理证实。结果:38例结肠癌有以下影像学特征:肠壁一侧出现不规则分叶状充盈缺损,非环形黏膜破坏、偏心性狭窄。环形狭窄,局部肠壁僵硬,黏膜消失。腔内龛影及宽窄不等的环堤。结论:结肠癌的发生是多种因素共同作用的结果。Objective Inquiry into the cause of disease of the analytical colon cancer; The X-ray expresses the characteristics and pathologic foundations. Methods 38 colon cancer cases are confirmed after examination of double contrast and gastroscope with application of Philip Tele DIAGNOST 900 mA multi-functional gastrointestinal x-ray diagnosis machine. Results 38 colon cancer cases share common imagery characteristics ：1. one side of intestine wall has irregular leaf-like loss, the damage of not wreath form mucous membrane, be partial to the disposition narrowness, there are annular narrowness, part if intesine wall stiffen and nucous membrane disappear 3there are niche within cavity and irregualr annulations, conclusion： colon cancer is various results with coefficient factor.
