摘　　要：《钢铁产业发展政策》颁布实施，莱钢面临新的机遇和挑战。从全球并购重组和激烈的市场竞争所处的背景出发，结合自身实际，建立科学管理新模式，走品种质量效益型发展道路，加强成本控制，促进科技进步，实施井购联合重组，调整生产模式实现专业化生产，优化发展质量和环境，走沿海发展的战略，是莱钢提高国际、国内市场竞争实力的应对之策。Laiwu Steel will face new opportunities and challenges with the promulgation ot Iron and Steel Industry Development Policies. For Laiwu Steel, from the background of global enterprise merger and reorganization and acute market competition, in combination of itself real situation, establishing scientific management model, following a development road of grade, quality and benefit ,enhancing cost control, promoting technical progress, carrying out merger and reorganization , adjusting production organization pattern to achieve specialized production, optimizing development quality and environment, implementing coastal development strategy are suitable countermeasures to raise domestic and aboard market competition edge.
