婴儿痉挛脑电图的研究分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨婴儿痉挛脑电图的临床意义及变异类型。方法:结合临床分析80例婴儿痉挛患者的脑电图。结果:80例患儿的脑电图72例异常,其中典型高度节律紊乱39例(39/80),变异型高度节律紊乱32例(32/80),局限性异常5例(5/80),异常率占90%(72/80)。结论:脑电图对婴儿痉挛的诊断具有重要意义。Objective： To explore the clinical significance and variational type of electroencephalogram in infantile spasm. Methods： The electroencephalogram of 80 patients with infantile spasm was analysed based on clinical features. Results： 72 patients＇ electroencephalogram were abnormal, in them, typical hypsiarrhythmia were 39 （39/80） cases, variational type of hypsiarrhythmia were 32 （32/80） cases, local abnormality were 5 （5/80） cases, and the abnormal rate was 90% （72/80） . Conclusions： Electroencephalogram is very important in the diagnosis of infantile spasm.
