摘 要:言语过程是由编码、发话、传递、接受、解码等五个环节构成的,缺少任何一环,言语过程不复存在。从言语过程的整体立场出发,可以发现聋哑儿童语言获得的一些值得讨论的问题:聋哑儿童听力语言康复的终极目标是能够运用语言将交际意图编码并能从特定的语言形式中理解出交际意图;在聋哑儿童听力语言获得中要强化语言环境的重要作用;言语过程中的“反馈”是一种调节机制,聋哑儿童语言获得过程中的反馈和互动具有重要意义;语言结构系统是言语过程存在的基础,建立语言结构系统是聋哑儿童语言获得的重要目标,发音的学习只有和系统的建立相关才是有意义的。The spoken language processing is made up of five parts: coding, uttering, delivering, receiving and the decoding.The speech will not exist with the lacking of any parts of them. From the view of the entire speech process, there will be lots of questions deserving the discussion about the deaf and mute children : the final goal of the recovering of the deaf and mute children' s hearing and speaking are to code their communicative aims, and to understand the communicative aims from specific speech forms. During the recovery from the hearing loss, it is important to intensify the language environmenteor those children. The feedback in the process of speech is a regulative system. During the process of the deaf and mute children' s speaking ability,the feedback and interaction play a very important role.The structure system is the basic of the language process and the foundation of language structure is the important goal for the deaf and mute children' s to recover.It will be meaningful only when the pronounciation practice is interrelated to the foundation of the system.
