摘  要:建立了一种快速检测虾青素的高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Dikma Dialllonsil^TM-C18(250mm×4.6mmi.d.,5μm),柱温为25℃,甲醇为流动相,检测波长为478nm。虾青素的质量浓度在1~10μg/mL内与色谱峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9997,该方法测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.38%(n=6),回收率为99.7%。A method for determining astaxanthin by using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography was developed. The chromatography conditions were: Dikma Diamonsil^TM-C18 column (250 mm×4.6mm i. d. , 5μm) at 25℃, methanol as mobile phase with the flow rate of 1 mL/min, and detection wavelength at 478 nm. The concentration of astaxanthin was linear with chromatograph peak area in the range of 1-10μg/mL( r=0.999 7 ). The RSD was 0.38% ( n=6) , and the recovery was 99.7%. The method was proven to be simple, accurate, and reliable in determining astaxanthin in haematococcus pluvialis and adonis amurensis.
