摘　　要：《整合信息网络资源，培养学生创新素养》是教育部重点课题的子课题。指出了该课题提出的背景，说明了该课题研究的理论依据、基本内容及其实施情况．总结了该课题研究所取得的成果、所产生的社会效益，最后对信息网络资源的建设等几个问题进行了探讨。It is the subtopic of the major project in the national educational science ＂fifteenth＂ programming of Ministry of Education. The paper points out the background of this topic, explains theory basis, main contents and the implementation. It summarizes the studying results, society benefits and in the end discusses the construction of information network resources.
