摘 要:将单晶连铸技术制备的直径Φ8 mm工业单晶铜线材,在C733-4/ZF型工业拉丝机上按同一方向冷拔至直径分别为Φ4 mm、Φ2 mm和Φ1 mm的铜线材,应用极图分析和织构定量计算的方法研究了变形量与织构的关系.结果表明:变形单晶铜线材中的形变织构主要为<100>丝织构,也有少量<110>丝织构;随着变形量的增加,<100>丝织构的体积百分数先减小后增加,而<110>丝织构先增加后减小.Single crystal copper wire with diameter 8 mm produced by ohno continuous casting method were drawn into fine wires with diameter of 4 mm,2 mm and 1 mm by C733-4/ZF industry drawbench. The relation ship of deformation and texture were studied by X-ray diffraction technique (ODF analysis). The results showed that most deforming texture in single crystal copper wires is of 〈100〉 texture type,and a few of them is of 〈110〉 texture type. With the increase of deformation extent, the volume percentage of 〈100〉 texture type is reduced at first,and increased afterwards, but that of 〈110〉 texture type is increased at first and then is reduced.
