吡柔比星膀胱内灌注防治浅表性膀胱癌术后复发(附109例报告)

摘　　要：目的：评价吡柔比星膀胱灌注防治膀胱癌术后复发的效果。方法：选择109例膀胱肿瘤患者，给予吡柔比星30mg溶于50ml葡萄糖中行膀胱内灌注，每次保留40，60min,每3，6个月膀胱镜检查1次。术后随访。结果：109例患者随访15，30个月，平均17．5个月，复发11倒，复发率10．1％。结论：吡乘比星膀胱灌注时防治浅表性膀胱癌术后复发效果满意，副作用少。Objective To evaluate effectiveness of instilling pirarubiein（THP） intrvesieally after operation of bladder eareinoma to prevent tumor recurrence. Methods 109 patients with superficial bladder carcinoma were instilled intravesically with 30 mg THP added in 50 ml glucose for 40 to 60 minutes in the bladder. Cystoseopy was carried out 3 to 6 months afterwards and all patients had been followed up. Result All patients had been followed up for 15 to 30 months（mean 17.5 months）, 11 cases had tumor recurrence,the tumor recurrence rate was 10.1% （ 11/109）. Conclusion Intravesical instillation of THP effectively prevents superficial bladder carcinoma from postoperative recurrence with mild side effects.
