摘 要:导致支承船用齿轮轴滚动轴承振动的因素是错综复杂的,试图通过改善某一因素的影响而彻底解决支承船用齿轮轴滚动轴承的振动问题是很困难的。本文分析了滚动轴承、齿轮及齿轮轴的制造和安装精度,齿轮机构的齿间摩擦和输出轴扭矩波动以及船舶中垂中拱弯曲变形时,沿船体纵向布置齿轮机构轴承中心距变化对支承齿轮轴的滚动轴承振动的影响,提出了一些控制支承船用齿轮轴的滚动轴承振动的方法。本文的分析及讨论对支承船用齿轮轴的滚动轴承振动的控制有一定的参考价值。Factors leading to the vibration of rolling bearings for supporting marine gearing shafts are intricate. It is difficult to solve thoroughly the problems of the vibration of roiling bearings for supporting marine gearing shafts only through the use of improving certain influencing factors. This article analizes the effect of the manufacturing and installation precision of the rolling bearings, the manufacturing and installation precision of the gearings and the gearing shafts, the fricition between teeth of the gearing, the fluctuation of the output torque of the involute gearing, and the change on the center distance of the bearings of the gearing arranged along the ship longitudinal direction by sagging and hogging bending deformations on the vibration of rolling bearings for supporting gearing shafts, brings forward some methods for controlling the vibration of rolling bearings for supporting marine gearing shafts. Analysis and discussion in this article have certain reference value for controlling the vibration of the roiling bearings for supporting marine gearing shafts.
