黄连气雾剂清除牙菌斑中的幽门螺杆菌对Hp相关性胃病的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨黄连气雾剂口腔局部用药清除口腔幽门螺杆菌（Hp），阻止胃内Hp复发的疗效及作用机理。方法 通过黄连气雾剂局部作用于口腔，清除口腔内的Hp，斩断幽门螺杆菌的体内再感染途径，以达到根治Hp的作用。将65Hp阳性的胃病患者，随机分为两组，黄连气雾刑治疗组35例，单纯西药对照组30例。结果 治疗组临床总有效率为97．1％，明显高于对照组的80．0%，P〈0．05）。治疗组对牙周症状、胃腕痛、痞满、恶心，嗳气和舌苔白腻／黄腻的变化等症状改善方面疗效明显高于对照组（P〈0．05或．P〈0．01）；胃和口腔Hp的根除率，治疗组明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；病理组织学胃黏膜活动性炎症疗效优于对照组（P〈0．01）；胃镜下胃黏膜炎症改善两组有明显差异（P〈0．05）。结论 黄连气雾刑具有好的抗幽门螺杆菌的作用，作用于口腔，能较好的清除口腔幽门螺杆菌，阻止胃幽门螺杆菌复发，是根除幽门螺杆菌感染的有效制剂，Objective To observe the effect and mechamism of Anti-Helicobacter pylori treatment in the oral cavity for preventing the reinfection of Hp in the stomach influence with Rhizoma Coptidis aerosol （RC） . Methods Through clear away Hp in the oral cavity with Rhizoma Coptidis aerosol to chop broken the reinfection channel of Helicobacter Pylori in the body, in order to eradicating Hp in the body, 65 patients with Hp infection in the oral cavity and gaster were divided randomly into two group.One group was treated with RC,another with western medicine WM, Results The total effective rate was 97.1% in RC group,It was obviously higher than that was 80.0% in WM group （P 〈 0.05） .The effect of RC was obviously superior to that of WM on improving the clinical symptom including stomachache, ruffian flatulence and nausea（P〈0,05 or P〈0.01）. It was obviously higher than the eradication rate of lip in WM group （P〈0.05） .There was significant difference about the improvement of gastric mucous membrane inflammation （P 〈0.05）. Conelation The results of this experiment showed that：RC had a quite good effect on eradicating Hp for preventing the infection of lip in the stomach.
