摘　　要：绩效技术在企业组织中重视“成本-效益、投入-产出及其结果”的成功范例,引起国内外教育技术界的高度关注。绩效工作者运用科学的系统整体观和方法论,深入开展调查研究,对企业组织及个人提出“有的放矢”的绩效改进方案,以及“系统思考、注重分析、因地制宜和整体改革”的工作方式,都给远程开放教育和教育技术领域带来很多启示。本文详尽介绍绩效技术的“系统思考、注重分析、因地制宜和整体改革”的理念及其给远程开放教育和教育技术领域带来的启示。Successful example of performance technology in enterprises such as ″cost-profit input-output and the result″ has become the focus of society of educational technology. Performance technology has brought enlightenments to distance open education and to educational technology. The article introduces the idea of ″systematic thinking focus on analyzing taking measures according to reality and a wholly reformation″ and the enlightenments of performance technology to distance open education and to educational technology.
