摘 要:为研究烟草的应激反应,以HarpinEa作激发子,对烟草品种G140、红花大金元(红大)、NC89、G28、K326、和许金2号进行了激发试验,并对激发前后的可溶性蛋白质进行了SDS-聚丙烯酰氨凝胶电泳分析和凝胶成像分析。结果显示HarpinEa激发后,所有供试烟草品种的可溶性蛋白质均发生了变化,其中一些可溶性蛋白质含量明显提高,一些可溶性蛋白质含量降低,同时一些品种还合成了新的可溶性蛋白质。To research the response of tobacco to excitation, the experiments on tobacco cultivars, G140, Hongda, NC89, G28, K326, and Xujin2, were conducted with HarpinEa as the exciton. 30ttg/mL aque- ous HarpinEa solution was injected into tobacco leaves to excite their hypersensitive response, then the soluble proteins in tobacco before and after excitation were analyzed by SDS-PAGE and scanning analysed with a gel imaging analysis system. The results showed that the contents of soluble proteins in all treated tobacco cultivars were changed, some increased significantly and some reduced, besides, there were new soluble proteins composed in some cultivars.
