摘  要:用扫描电子显微镜/能量色散谱研究了粉煤灰在与H2SO4固相反应过程中表而形貌与组成变化特性。室温下反应约4h后,粉煤灰表面产生直径20—100nm的结晶颗粒并由此相互粘结,反应产生的水溶物可结晶成.花辨状铝铁硫酸盐。在150℃及以上温度反应3h,粉煤灰表面生成大量硫酸盐结晶并由此紧密粘结,大颗粒表面产生纳米级圆形凹陷点,形貌几乎完全改变。固相反应过程中表面形貌和元素组成变化特性揭示,粉煤灰是由可被硫酸剥离的硅、铝、铁等元素纯氧化物构成的聚集体。The characteristics of the variations of surface pattern and chemical composition of fly ash in the solid-state reaction with H2SO4 were studied with scanning electron microscope with energy disperse spectrum(SEM/EDS). Granular crystalline substances with diameter from 20 to 100 nm were formed on the surface of fly ash after reacting with H2SO4 at room temperature tbr 4 h. The petaling crystals formed from dissolvable substances of treated fly ash were found to be Fe2(SO4)3 and Al2(SO4)3 by SEM/EDS. A large amount of aluminum and iron crystalline salts were produced at/over 150 ℃ reaction temperature for 3 h. The surface patterns of the fly ash were remarkably changed and the particles became adhesive. It was found by SEM/EDS that the fly ash was aggregate of oxides of silicon, aluminum and iron, and could be stripped off with H2SO4.
