摘  要:目的研究β-环糊精(β-CD)包合石菖蒲挥发油的制备工艺。方法以L9(34)正交实验设计对石菖蒲挥发油与β-环糊精包合作用进行考察,选取最佳工艺条件。结果石菖蒲挥发油与β-环糊精包合物最佳制备工艺是:石菖蒲挥发油与β-环糊精投料比为1∶4.5,制备时需水量为β-环糊精的35倍,包合温度60℃,超声时间为30 m in。结论优选得到的工艺稳定可行。Objective To prepare inclusion compound of β-cyclodextfin with volatile oil of Acorustatatinowii Schott Naphtha by ultrasonic wave. Methods The optimum condition for the Acorustatatinowii Schott Naphtha and β-cyclodextfin was investigated by the orthogonal design. Results The optimum condition is 35 folds of water and 1 : 4.5 of the Acorustatatinowii Schott Naphtha and β-cyclodextrin, 60℃, shaking by ultrasonic wave for 30 minutes. Conclusion The optimized process is stable and highly efficient.
