摘　　要：高素质人才的培养，需要高素质的教师，高师院校是教师的摇篮。文章从现代社会对人才素质的要求出发，阐述了称职教师的素质特点及高师大学生从师素质的培养。Teachers of good quality are needed to produce talented students. Normal universities are the place where teachers come from, The paper aims at illustrating the quality of qualified teachers and how to develop students＇ quality to become future teachers according to the requirement of modern education to the talents in normal universities.
