摘 要:目的:通过观察离断下齿槽神经对兔下颌骨骨折愈合的影响,探讨建立可行的失神经支配下颌骨骨折愈合动物模型的方法。方法:40只中国大白兔被随机分为2组:下齿槽神经横断+下颌骨骨折组(20只),单纯下颌骨骨折组(20只)。两组动物分别于骨折术后7、14、21、28d处死,取骨痂组织行HE染色及P物质(substanceP,SP)、降钙素基因相关肽(calcitoningene-relatedpeptide,CGRP)免疫组化染色。结果:对照组CGRP、SP大量表达于骨痂组织,骨痂致密且排列规律;实验组CGRP、SP在骨痂组织中持续弱阳性表达,骨痂结构稀疏而紊乱,骨质成熟缓慢。结论:本实验所采用的离断下齿槽神经的下颌骨骨折愈合动物模型具有稳定、可重复性的特点,可望成为研究神经系统对骨折愈合影响的动物模型。Objective: To study the feasibility of establishing an availability and credibility denervated mandiblar fracture animal model, by observing effect of inferior alveolar never transection on mandibular fracture healing. Methods: Forty rabbits were randomly divided into 2 groups. Group I was inferior alveolar nerve(IAN) transection plus mandible fracture group(n=20), and Group I1 was madibular fracture group(n=20) as control. The fractured bone tissues were obtained and paraffin slices were made on the 7th, 14th, 21th, 28th day after surgery respectively. Callus were subjected to HE staining, substanceP(SP) and calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) immunohistochemical staining. Results: There were few CGRP,SP immunoreactive nerve fibers in callus of treatment groups, while a quantity CGRP immunoreactive nerve fibers were observed in callus during the repair process of control group. Conclusion: The mandibluar fracture animal model with inferior alveolar never transected we established is feasible and reproducible, which may be an available denervated mandiblar fracture animal model for further research.
