部分切除加电灼微创治疗眼睑部桥赘状瘢痕

摘　　要：(武汉科技大学附属医院整形美容科湖北武汉430064)[摘要]目的:探讨一种微创治疗眼睑部桥赘状瘢痕的有效方法。方法:首先,在无张力情况下,顺皮纹切除部分眼睑瘢痕,采用微创缝合技术缝合切口。然后对不易手术切除的瘢痕选用CHR型多功能美容治疗机进行电灼处理,精细操作。使整个瘢痕创面平整。结果:本组97例,随防10～18个月,显效64例(59.1%),有效33例(34.1%)。其中二次手术7例,总有效率100%。结论:该方法创伤小,简便易行,治疗周期短,术后外观改善明显,为治疗眼睑部桥赘状瘢痕提供了一种有效的治疗方法。Objective To ivestigate an effective method for treatment of blepharal pedunculated and bridged scar with minimally invasive. Methods At first,cut some part of blepharal scar across the line of skin without tension, scuture the incision with the suture technology of minimally-invasion.Then apply CHR-Multi-Function cosmetology therapy apparatus to conduct electrocautery to scar which can＇t be excised by operation.Operate carefully. Make the entire surface of scar smooth. Results 97 cases were followed up for 10-18 months, the effect was excellent in 64 cases（65.9%）.and good in 33 cases（34.1%）.7 of the patients underwent two operstions. The general effective rate was 100%. Conclusion This method is simple, and has the advantage of less trauma,and shorter therapeutic period. The appearance the patients has improve greatly. It is an effective way for treatment of blepharal pedunculated and bridged scars.
