摘　　要：目的:研制一种便捷实用的颧骨颧弓骨折牵引复位固定器。方法:在自行研制的颧骨颧弓骨折微创快速牵引复位固定器基础上,进行多项改进。结果:改进型颧骨颧弓骨折牵引复位固定器较原器械操作简单,固定牢靠。结论:改进型颧骨颧弓骨折牵引复位固定器更加便捷实用,实现了微创、快速牵引复位与持续牵引复位固定相结合治疗颧骨颧弓骨折的目的。Objective To develop facility instrument for rapid tiny-hurt traction, reposition and fixation of fracture of zygomatic bone. Methods Based on the former instrument for rapid tiny-hurt traction, reposition and fixation of fracture of zygomatic bone, various aspect have been improved. Results The update instrument is simplier and firmer than the former one. Conclusion The update instrument can achieve the purposes of tiny-hurt, rapidness, combining rapid traction and reposition with sustaining traction and fixation when be used to treat fracture of zygomatic bone.
