摘　　要：目的：探讨TENOR椎弓根螺钉内固定系统治疗腰椎跳跃性骨折的临床效果。方法：采用后路切开环形减压TENOR椎弓根螺钉内固定＋植骨术治疗腰椎跳跃式爆裂性骨折36例。结果：术后所有病例随访1年～6年，平均16个月。损伤椎复位后椎体高度无丢失，无后凸畸形，Frankel分级获得1～3级以上的改善。结论：腰椎跳跃式爆裂性骨折严重影响腰惟的稳定性，需及时手术治疗，经后路切开环形减压TENOR椎弓根螺钉内固定＋植骨术可有效重建脊柱稳定性，改善神经功能。TENOR椎弓根内固定系统是治疗腰椎跳跃性骨折的有效方法。固定牢靠，疗效满意。Objective ： To investigate the value of TENOR intemal fixation in lumbar jumping burst fractures. Methods： Thirty-six patients with lumbar jumping burst fractures received posterior vertebral canal circular decompression with TENOR pedicle internal fixation. Results ： All patients were followedup from 1 year to 2 years, average 16 months. The height of each fracture vertebral was reducted and had hardly loss without kyphosis. The spinal canal stenosis was notably improved. Nervous function had improved by one to three grades according to Frankle＇s grading. Conclusion ： The patient with lumbar jumping burst fractures had severe unstability in the lumber, immediate operation of posterior vertebral canal circular decompression with TENOR pedicle intemal fixation is needed which can reconstruct the spinal stability and improve nervous function effectively.
