摘　　要：认为公益型社会体育指导员作用未能充分发挥的根源在于缺乏职业激励机制。基于这样的认识,探讨了公益型社会体育指导员职业化的合理性、必要性及可行性,并提出了职业化的初步设想。The writer considers that public sports instructors cannot play their role fully lies in the lack of incentive mechanism. Based on the situation, the paper discusses the rationality, necessity and feasibility of public social sports instructors and puts forward preliminary suggestion of professionalization.
