摘　　要：本文系前瞻性对照研究，对上海市区两个街道的120例精神分裂症患者进行家庭干预的对照研究。结果提示，实施家庭干预结合家庭教育，对社区的精神病患者确能起到缓解病情，减少复发，提高社会功能及促进康复的作用。Objective: To study the role of family intervention for schizophrenic patients in the community.Method: This is a prospective controlled study. Sixty schizophrenic patients who received family inter-vention were compared to 60 schizophrenic patients without intervention in the community. The Psychi-atric Disability Assessment Schedule (DAS), General Health Questionnaire (GHQ) and Clinical EffectsRating Scale were used to evaluate the subjects before and after the intervention. Results: Patients whoreceived intervention improved more significantly on the DAS than those without intervention. Theywere also better in terms of relapse rate, compliance and clinical condition. There was no significant dif-ference in family members' GHQ scores before and after the intervention. Discussion: Family interven-tion could alleviate schizophrenic patients' symptoms, reduce relapse rate and promote rehabilitation. Itcan be carried out by primary care medical workers.
