摘　　要：目的:综合研究目前世界上出现的用于干预烟草戒断综合征的药物,分析其优点和局限性。方法:检索和参考相关文献,结合中医理论、本院戒烟门诊临床研究,对目前干预烟草戒断综合征的药物研究进展进行总结。结果:中医中药用于治疗阿片类物质依赖已有百余年的历史,积累了丰富和宝贵的经验,形成了一定的特色和优势。就戒断症状而言,其临床表现复杂多样,适合以中医辨证为基础结合辨病用药进行整体治疗。结论:通过若干年的探索研究,找出治疗烟草戒断综合征的安全、有效的中药有效成分、中药和中药复方是可能的。AIM： To investigate advantages and limitation of drugs which have been widely used to intervene tobacco withdrawal syndrome recently. METHODS：Investigation and development of drugs on inferring tobacco withdrawal syndrome have been summarized on the basis of pertinent literatures, theory of traditional Chinese medicine and clinical .researches in out hospital. RESULTS： It is a century history for Chinese herbs to treat substancedependence of opium, so it has plentiful and precious experience and forms a certain of advantages. On the view of withdrawal syndrome, its complicated clinical syndromes is suitable for holistic treatment combined with identified medication on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine. CONCLUSION： It is possibility of finding a sage and effective component Chinese herbs and compound Chinese herbs to treat tobacco withdrawal syndrome.
