含氟涂膜与洗必泰涂膜联合使用的抗酸性研究

摘  要:目的:比较1%洗必泰涂膜与0.1%含氟涂膜混合对离体牙牙釉质抗酸性的影响。方法36个因正畸拔除的双尖牙,随机分成3组,开窗。第1组涂布含氟涂膜,第2组涂布1%洗必泰涂膜与含氟涂膜的混合涂膜,第3组涂布对照涂膜。将经上述处理的牙齿标本分别浸泡于8 mL 0.1 mol/L乳酸中,开始计时,于1.3.6.12.24.48.72.168 h各取1 mL液体,检测其Ca2+浓度值,计算各处理组各时间点釉质钙溶出总量并统计分析。结果:在相同时间点内,含氟涂膜组,混合涂膜组牙釉质钙溶出总量显著低于对照涂膜组,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。混合涂膜组与含氟涂膜组之间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:洗必泰涂膜与含氟涂膜混合比单独使用含氟涂膜抑制脱矿作用效果好。Objective: To compare effects of mixtures of 1% chlorhexidine varnishes and 0. 1% fluoride varnishes on the demineralization of extracted teeth and to evaluate their anti-acid and decalcification efficacy. Methods. Thirty-six extracted bicuspids were selected and divided into 3 groups randomly. The teeth were exposed with the other part covered with transparent nail polish. Then the exposed area in group 1 was treated with o. 1% fluoride varnishes. Group 2 was treated with mixtures of 1% chlorhexidine varnishes and 0. 1% fluoride varnishes. Group 3 was treated with control varnish. After that,each tooth was placed into 8ml 0. lmol/L lactic acid solutions. 1 mL lactic acid solution was taken out on 1,3,6,12,24,48,72,168 h respectively and the concentrations of Ca^2+ in the demineralization solution were measured. The amount of Ca^2+ dissolved from the enamel at each time was calculated and statistic analyses were performed. Resuits:Compared to the control, groups treated by chlorhexidine-fluoride varnishes mixture and fluoride varnishes both showed significant reduction in the dissolution of Ca^2+ from the enamel(P 〈0.01). And compared to fluoride varnishes,groups treated by chlorhexidine-fluoride varnishes mixture showed significant reduction(P〈0.05). Conclusion: The inhibitory effect of chlorhexidine-fluoride varnishes mixture on the demineralization of enamel precedes that of fluoride varnish.
