摘　　要：根据中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的荧光造影特征和渗漏性病变的部位，提出了氩绿激光和红红激光直接、间接和格栅光凝技术，讨论了激光治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的作用机制、关键光凝技术和尽早治疗的原则。According to the findings of fluorescein angiography of central serous chorioretinopathy,authors pointed out laser photocoagulation techniques of direct,indirect and grid pattern with argon green laser or krypton red laser,and disscussed the key techniques of photocoagulation and laser therapeutic principles as early as possible.
