摘　　要：为更好地掌握黑斑息肉病的诊断和治疗方法，对23例黑斑息肉和息肉病的临床资料进行回顾性分析。23例中男9例，女14例；年龄15-46岁。均有特征性黑斑，有明确家族史者5例，共切除息肉129枚，其中恶变2枚（1．6％）。根据息肉的位置、大小、有无恶变和有无胃肠道并发症而采取相应的治疗措施。结果表明．本病以保守治疗为主，手术治疗力求简洁，为术后随访创造条件。Be master of clinical diagnosis and treatment of Peutz-Jeghers syndrome,the clinical data about black frecklelike spots polypi and polyposis was analyzed retrospectively. 23 patients with characteristic black frecklelike spots,the age of 15-46,were enrolled in the study including male 9 cases and female 14 cases. There were 5 cases with family history. 129 polypi were ablated,2 of which were found malignant （1.6 %）. Different therapeutic methods were given according to the polypous location, size, benign or malignant, whether or not appear gastrointestinal complications. The research shows that comprehensive therapies are regarded as the basis of treating polypi. Simple and expedient operations should be done in order to get better follow-up.
