大肠多原发癌诊治分析

摘　　要：为探讨大肠多原发癌的临床特点、病理类型、诊断及治疗方法，回顾性分析我院收治的13例大肠多原发癌临床资料。本组同时性多原发癌10例，异时性多原发癌3例；3例经钡灌肠检出，8例经纤维结肠镜检查发现．2例手术发现；所有病例均行根治术。结果表明，纤维结肠镜的应用及术中仔细探查，是提高本病发现率的重要手段。The objective of this study was to explore the clinical festures,pathologic stage,diagnosis,treatment of multiple primary colorectal carcinoma（MPCC）, the clinical date of 13 patients with MPCC were retrospectively analizd. 10 cases being synchronous carcinoma,and 3 cases diagnosed as metachronous carcinomas,3 cases are proved by barium enema,8 cases by fibercoloscope,2 cases by operative. Radical resections were performed in all patients. The results showed that is to improve the diagnostic rate of MPCC, perioperative colonoscopy screening and careful intraoperative exploration should be emphasized.
