摘  要:目的观察大蒜素对大鼠卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎(PCP)的预防效果。方法地塞米松连续肌肉注射Wistar大鼠,建立大鼠肺孢子虫肺炎动物模型。于模型诱导第3周起给予大蒜素治疗,剂量10mg/(kg·d),连续5d,后腿肌肉深部注射,以后每隔2周重复治疗一次,第10周末剖杀,同时设复方新诺明预防对照组和PCP模型对照组。以各组大鼠肺重、肺重/体重比值、Pc感染率、肺印片中每100个油镜视野肺孢子虫包囊均数等指标考核疗效。结果大蒜素预防组大鼠肺重(1.89±0.28)、肺重/体重比值(0.94±0.12)、Pc感染率(73.33%)、肺印片中每100个油镜视野肺孢子虫包囊均数(15.39±10.46)均明显低于PCP模型对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),而与复方新诺明预防对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论大蒜素对实验大鼠卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎(PCP)有一定的预防和保护作用,预防效果与复方新诺明接近。Objective To evaluate the preventive effect of garlicin on Pneumocystis carinii induced pneumonia in immuosuppressed rats. Methods Induction of immunosuppression in Wistar rats was achieved by intramuscular injection with dexamethasone, The rats were then treated with garlicin at a dose of 10 mg/(kg·d) for 5 days from the third week, and then the same process was performed every two weeks, All the rats were then killed at the tenth week. In the control group, immunosuppressed rats were either untreated or treated with SMZ-TMP. The efficacy of garliein was evaluated based on the lung weight, lung/body weight ratio, infective rate of Pc and mean cyst number per 100 fields in lung print smear. Results The lung weight,lung/body weight ratio, infective rate of Pc and mean cyst number per 100 fields in lung print smear of the rats treated with garliein were ohviously lower than those of the untreated and immunosuppressed rats. The level of protection in garlicin treated animals was similar to the rats treated with SMZ-TMP. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of garlicin on Pneumocystis carinii induced pneumonia was demonstrated. The protective effect of garliein was similar to SMZ-TMP.
