单刀草坪割草机采用电磁式离合制动器的设想

摘　　要：在分析市场上单刀草坪割草机相关技术的基础上,设计了一种电磁式刀片离合制动多功能离合器。本文详细介绍了该离合器的工作原理,重点进行了结构设计和应用研究,结果表明该离合器离合响应速度快、制动效果好,且有过载保护功能。Based on analyzing the relative technology of the mowers with single blade in the recent market, this paper designs a kind of electromagnetic clutch and brake mechanism used in blade system. The principle of operation is introduced in details. The design of structure and application of the mechanism are stressed. The conclusion is gotten that this clutch has high response speed and the mechanism apply the brake well. Besides, the mechanism has the overload protection function.
