摘 要:研制了一种四气门汽油机可变斜轴涡流系统,在稳流气道试验台上研究了该系统对进气道流通特性和斜轴涡流特性的影响。研究结果表明,在任意可变斜轴涡流控制阀轴线与曲轴轴线夹角情况下,流通系数和无因次斜轴涡流比随着阀片开度的增大而逐渐减小。当斜轴涡流控制阀轴线与曲轴轴线夹角、阀片开度为0°时,流通系数达到最大值为0.82,流通系数调节范围为0.13~0.82。当斜轴涡流控制阀轴线与曲轴轴线夹角为30°、阀片开度为0°时,斜轴涡流强度达到最大值为0.54,斜轴涡流比调节范围为0~0.54.当斜轴涡流控制阀轴线与曲轴轴线夹角为30°、阀片开度为0°时,斜轴涡流倾角达到最大值为86.8°,斜轴涡流俪角调节范围为0°~86.8°.Variable inclined swirl system of a four-valve gasoline engine was developed, and the effects of the system on intake flow characteristics and on inclined swirl characteristics of a four-valve engine were measured in a steady flow rig. The results show that at any angle between axes of inclined swirl control valve and crank shift, flow coefficient and inclined swirl ratio increase gradually with increase of valve opening. The maximum flow coefficient reaches 0. 82 when the angle between axes of inclined swirl control valve and crank shift is 0° and the valve opening is 0°, flow coefficient can be adjusted between 0.13 and 0.82. Maximum inclined swirl ratio is 0.54 when the angle between axes of inclined swirl control valve and crank shift is 30° and the valve opening is 0°. Adjusting range of inclined swirl ratio is between 0 and 0.54. Maximum inclined swirl angle is 86.8° when the angle between axes of inclined swirl control valve and crank shift is 30° and the valve opening is 0°. Adjusting range of inclined swirl angle is between 0° and 86.8°.
