摘  要:企业战略环境的动态性和复杂性使得传统战略管理理论在解释现有企业竞争战略上存在一定缺陷。运用生态位理论对企业进行仿生化研究,构建了企业生态因子维度体系,提出了企业生态位的多维重叠模型,运用企业生态位理论解释传统战略管理理论的缺陷,进而针对企业生态位重叠提出了企业的错位经营、价值创新和资源扩充三种竞争战略。Traditional strategic management theory has a certain defect in explaining the existing competitive strategies because of the dynamics and complexity of enterprises' strategy environment. This paper applied ecology niche theory to imitative biochemical research of enterprises, constructed dimension index of enterprises' ecological factor, proposed the multi-dimension overlapped model of enterprises' ecology niche, finally applied enterprises' ecology niche to explain the defect of traditional strategic theory and put forward dislocation management competitive strategies, value innovation competitive strategies and resources expansion competitive strategies towards overlapped enterprises' ecology niche. This research provides new thoughts for enterprises to establish competitive strategy.
