摘　　要：阐述了火焰切割机电磁离合器在方坯连铸系统运用中存在的主要缺陷,并提出了相应的整改措施。使设备的使用寿命延长,更好地满足了方坯连铸生产要求。为同类设备提供了可借鉴的经验。This paper analyzes the main troubh. occurred in the application of the electromagnetic clutch for flame cutting machine in billet caster system and puts forwand the improving measures. As a result, the service life of equipment has been improved remarkably, which can meet the requirement of billet casting. And also, it can provide a reference experience for similar equipment.
