摘 要:目的探讨细胞凋亡抑制因子bcl-xl在梗阻性肾病的发病机制中作用。方法应用免疫组化方法检测bcl-xl在43例梗阻性肾组织和10例正常肾组织中表达,应用原位细胞凋亡检测方法检测梗阻性肾组织中细胞凋亡指数,并分析bcl-xl表达与梗阻肾纤维化和肾萎缩之间关系。结果bcl-xl主要分布于肾小管。梗阻肾组织中bcl-xl表达显著低于正常肾组织(P<0.05)。梗阻肾组织中bcl-xl表达与细胞凋亡指数和肾萎缩之间密切相关(P<0.05),但与肾纤维化之间相关无显著性(P>0.05)。结论bcl-xl异常低表达导致细胞凋亡增加、参与梗阻性肾病的分子发病过程,尤其在梗阻肾萎缩过程中起着重要作用。[Objectives] To investigate roles and mechanisms of anti-apoptosis factor bcl-xl in pathogenesis of chronic obstructive kidney. [Methods] bcl-xl expressions in 43 cases with obstructive renal tissue and 10 cases with normal renal tissue were examined by immunohistochemistry, while apoptosis were examined by TUNEL methods. The relationships between bcl-xl expression of obstructive renal tissues and degree of renal fibrosis and renal atrophy were evaluated. [Results] Positive staining of bcl-xl were mainly located in renal tubular cells. Bcl-xl expression in obstructive kidneys was significantly lower than that in normal kidneys (P 〈0.05). bcl-xl expression in obstructive kidneys were close association with apoptosis and renal atrophy (P 〈0.05), while no significantly association with degree of renal fibrosis (P 〉0.05). [Conclusions] Decreased bcl-xl expression plays an important role in renal cell apoptosis and development of obstructive nephropathy association with urinary obstruction.
