摘　　要：音乐艺术教育是国民教育中的一个重要环节。发展音乐艺术教育对提高国民整体素质有着重要的意义。俄罗斯是当今世界的音乐大国和强国,研究俄罗斯的音乐教育,对发展我国音乐教育有一定的借鉴作用。Music education is one of the most important dimensions of the national education in any country as it plays an important role with regard to improving the overall qualities of its nationals. As a major music power around the world today, Russia provides useful references with its successful experiences in this respect. Therefore, a good study of music education in Russia helps to shed lights on the course of music education development of in China. Currently, musical education in China is in its critical stage of development, and is in urgent need of a renaissance.
