摘  要:师生互动是国际高水平研究型大学人才培养的重要特征和核心理念。从培养高素质创新人才的特殊使命着眼,当前存在着制约我国研究型大学师生互动的多重不利影响。因此,应进一步转变教育观念,提供政策保障,积极推进研究型大学师生互动教学模式的构建。Interaction between teachers and students is the core notion and an important feature of talent training in modern universities all over the world.Based on the analysis of the relationship between teachers and students and focusing on the task of training talents with creativity,this paper discusses the unfavorable elements restricting interaction between teachers and students in(China's) universities.Then the authors point out that the notion of education should be renewed and relevant policy support should be provided in order to promote the construction of teaching model of interaction between teachers and students in China's universities.
