摘 要:设计了一套热泵流化床组合干燥装置,压缩机3.73kW,制冷工质为R22。试验表明,热泵流化床干燥胡萝卜丁时单位时间除湿量和单位能耗除湿量随着干燥时间的延长而急剧下降。最大的单位时间除湿量、除湿单元的单位能耗除湿量和干燥系统单位能耗除湿量分别为6.8kg/h、2.35kg/(kW·h)和1.12kg/(kW·h)。热泵流化床组合干燥循环风机的电耗占系统总电耗的50%左右。Heat pump-assisted drying is an energy-efficient process because the heat is recoverable. In the present study, a heat pump in combination with fluidized bed dryer was designed and constructed. By using R22 the system was operated. The performance of a heat pump fluidized bed dryer was studied. The carrots were dried by an experimental HPD. The moisture extraction rates and the specific moisture extraction rates for drying carrots decreased rapidly with the drying time. The maximum average moisture extraction rates, specific moisture extraction rates of heat pump unit and specific moisture extraction rates of drying system were 6.8 kg/h, 2.35 kg/(kW · h) and 1.12 kg/(kW · h), respectively. The energy consumption of centrifugal fan is approximate 50% of the total energy input.
