摘 要:针对葡北油田气水交替混相驱开发过程中所暴露的气水切换难以实现、分层开采差异大、部分油井见边底水后合理调控等问题,通过建立三维地质模型,应用先进的GEM组分模型进行整体数值模拟研究,评价了地下流体及压力分布状况,预测了剩余油分布,设计四套方案进行了开发方式优选研究,制定了构造西块气水切换混相驱开发、东块注水开发、完善注采井网、进行分层调控等开发技术对策。该油田通过及时进行开发方式调整、钻新井完善井网、分层合理配产配注等措施的实施,实现了构造西块混相驱开发,以及连续5年高速稳产的开发效果。As for the problems such as difficulty to realize gas -water alternation, huge difference in selective zone production and reasonable control after edge and bottom water occurs in part of oil wells etc. , three - dimensional geology model is build, overall numerical simulation study is carried out by advanced GEM composition model, subsurface fluid and pressure distribution are evaluated, remaining oil distribution is predicted, four sets of schemes are planed to study the optimization of development, development strategies like miscible gas - water alternation drive in west of structure, water flooding in east, improving injection - production pattern and zonal control etc. are established. By implementation of adjusting development ways, drilling new wells to improve well pattern, regularing separate stratum production and injection, development by miscible drive in west of structure and continuous five - year - constant - production are realized.
