北京鸭血清IgM及其抗血清的提纯和腔上囊中B淋巴细胞IgM表达的初步研究

摘　　要：从未经超免的正常北京鸭血清中分离纯化鸭IgM,制备了兔抗鸭IgM抗血清,并进一步用鸭IgG进行了亲和纯化。本研究还试将此抗血清用于免疫荧光法对北京鸭胚胎后期腔上囊B淋巴细胞发育中IgM的表达进行了初步观察。The duck serum immunoglobulin M(IgM) was isolated and purified from the normal Peking Duck sera by the protein-A sepharose 4B affinity cinomatography. The rabbit-anti-duck IgM antisera was purified through a duck IgG-sepharose 4B affinity chromatographic column for eliminating from the cross-reaction of duck IgG. This purified antisera was used to investigate IgM expression of the B lymph cell located in the postembryonic developmental Fabrician bursa of the Peking Duck with immunof-luorescence.
