云南水族人群红细胞酸性磷酸酶多态分布

摘　　要：采用淀粉凝胶电泳法对云南水族人群红细胞酸性磷酸酶多态分布状况进行了调查．检出ＥＡＰＡ型６例，ＥＡＰＢＡ型４５例，ＥＡＰＢ型５５例，计算出基因频率分别为：ＥＡＰ￣Ａ０．２６８９，ＥＡＰ￣Ｂ０．７３１１．ＥＡＰ在云南水族人群中的ＤＰ值为０．５１８５．文中对ＥＡＰ在不同人群中的分布进行了比较分析．The polymorphic distribution of erythrocytic acid phosphatase(EAP)in the Shuinationality in Yunnan province was investigated by starch gel electrophoresis.Three phenotypesof EAP were as follows:A was 6, BA 45 and B 55.The gene frequencies of EAP in the Shuinationalitv were EAP￣A 0.268 9,EAP￣B 0.731 1.The discrimination probability(DP)of EAP was0.518 5.The comparisons of the distribution of EAP in different populations were done in thispaper·
