摘　　要：文章从我国国有资产改革的实践出发,从监管和效率的涵义界定入手,探讨我国现阶段体制下国有资产监管的特殊性,提出我国应建立集国有企业内部监管、国资委外部监管和对监管者(国资委)的监管三个方面子一体的监管模式,并从健全国有企业内部治理结构、加快制定行政法规、加强对国资委的监管等方面入手,提高我国国有资产的监管效率。This article begins with reform practice of state-owned assets and the definition of regulation and efficiency. Then the author analyzes the particularity of state-owned assets regulation at present. Based on the above analysis, the aUthor puts forward that a regulation mode comprising internal supervision of state-owned enterprises, external supervision of Stateowned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and the supervision on the supervisors should be established in order to improve regulation efficiency of state-owned assets in China.
