^(51)Cr标记癌细胞检测癌转移及^(51)Cr在鼠体内的分布

摘  要:用(51)Cr标记U14腹水癌细胞后移植于小鼠的足垫,动态检测了(51)Cr在体内的分布及释放规律,同时用病理切片观察癌细胞的转移过程。结果:①(51)Cr作为示踪剂标记肿瘤细胞,可作为检测动物癌细胞转移的方法,并比病理切片早获得转移的信息。②本文较详细地检测了(51)Cr在体内的分布序列及排泄规律。③肿瘤细胞的繁殖能力越强,浓集(51)Cr的能力也越强;并且这些浓集的(51)Cr可随着细胞的分裂而转移给予细胞;癌细胞变性、坏死后代谢降低,浓集(51)Cr的能力减弱或丧失。这可借以判断实验治疗的效果。he asoitic tumor cell of U14 labelled with 51Cr was transplanted into footpads of mice.The distribution and the releasing regularity of 51Cr in the body were dynamically inspected,and the metastatic processes were observed with patholgical section,The results showed:51Cr used as a radiorc aer to label the cancer cell could be regarded as the method of examining matastasis of the animal cancer cell,which could get cancer metastatic message earlier than the rountine section;2.The distributive sequence and the excretive regularity of 51Cr in body were studied in more details;3.The more multiplication of canoer cell,the greater concentration ability for 51Cr would be,and these51cr concentrations could be transmitted to the cells of filial eneration by cellular fission.After the degeneration or necrosis of the cancer cells the metabolic activity of cells would be declined and the concentration ability for 51Cr reduced or lost.Therefore,it could be used to assess the effects of experimental treatment.
