摘 要:为保证机床的机械运转状态达到规定振动指标,应对机床进行振动测定。通过频谱分析对振动信号进行分析、提取和判断,找出故障位置和产生的原因,给出解决办法,并根据机床运转状况制定维护措施。以XA6132铣床为对象进行实例分析,结果表明,理论分析与实测结果相吻合。The vibration of the machine tools were tested to make the mechanical movement state of the machine tools reach a high standard. Adopting the frequency spectral method to analyze the distill and judgment signals chased down the blunders, find out the breakdown source with the output reason, and put forward the solution method. Maintenance measures were established base on the running condition of machine tools, so as to reduce the economic loss. For example, the vibration signals of the XA6132 milling machine was analyzed using the above method. The result expresses that the theory analysis is agreement with testing one.
