摘　　要：观察研究了1200℃以上温度高温加热后的晶界沉淀特性,讨论了各种碳化物、氮化物晶界沉淀的细节及其同加热温度的关系。The characteristic of the crystal boundary deposition by progenation in high temperature above of 1200℃ was obserbed,and the deposition detail of some carbide and nitfide was discussed.
