黑质注射升压素对大鼠氧惊厥的抑制作用

摘　　要：本实验用定位注射法将升压素注入大鼠黑质，观察对大鼠氧惊厥的影响。结果显示，大鼠一侧黑质注射１０ｎｇ（１μｌ）升压素，可明显推迟氧惊厥的始发时间，但对惊厥的严重程度无明显作用。提示黑质升压素含量增加对氧惊厥有一定的抑制效应。In the present experiment,arginine-vasopressin(AVP) was injected into substantia nigra of rats by means of stereotaxic method.The effect of AVP on the seizure of rats was investigated.The result showed that AVP injected into substantia nigra in the dose of 10 ng could remarkably prolong the latent period of oxygen convulsion of rats.But the serious degree of oxygen seizure was not obviously affected by the AVP injection.The result suggests that the increase of AVP content in substantia nigra could inhibit the biginning of oxygen seizure at a certain level.
