摘　　要：公安高等教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,是为我国公安机关培养和输送高素质正规化公安专门人才的主阵地。1.坚持知识、能力、素质全面协调的科学发展观;2.坚持学历教育与在职培训并重;3.建设一支高水平的师资队伍;4.强化教育教学管理。Public security higher education is an important part of higher education in China. The education has become a dominant base to train and educate high qualified professional staff for public security agencies. The education is expected to be improved by holding the following principles： sticking to the scientific development ideology that improves knowledge, capability with quality at the same time; making more efforts both in diploma education and correspondence education; training high level teachers staff; reinforcing edueation and teaching administration.
