摘　　要：为实现培养高素质人才的目标,高等学校需要不断创新和完善教育方式及教学手段。开放实验室是一种新的、值得推广的模式。开发实验室建设的指导思想和基本原则是从学校资源与学生条件的实际出发,注重实效,丰富实验内容,实现差别化教育。开放实验室的主要模式有实验时间开放和实验内容开放两种。实验室开放可能会遇到一系列问题。但是,转变观念、制订政策、科学管理可以保证这项工作顺利开展。在实施过程中还要完善对教师和学生的考核,以鼓励师生积极参与。In order to cultivate quality talents, colleges and universities need to create and reform the educational model constantly. Lab--opening is a new way worth spreading. Its guiding ideas are to enrich the content of experiment and carry out differential education, with the resources of the college and under the conditions of the students. Its main pattern consists of time--opening and substance--opening. Many problems could be encountered. It is essential to change our ideas, make good policies and manage scientifically in order to solve the problems. In addition, all--round examination of teachers and students can induce active participation on their part.
