摘  要:在培养液中添加不同浓度的Na_2SeO_3,研究大蒜对硒的吸收和转化。结果表明,大蒜对硒具有很强的生物富集作用,总硒含量为对照的622倍。有机化程度提高。当添加1mmol/LNa_2SeO_3到培养液中时,有机化程度最高,达78.24%。The absorption and transformation of Se in garlic was studied by adding diferent concentration of Na2SeO3 to the culture solution The re-sults showed that the garlic possessed great Se biological accumulation The total Se in treated garlic was 622 time,more than that of the control.Thedegree of organization was improved.When 1 mmol/L Na2SeO3 was added to the culture solution of garlic,The degree of organization reached the high-est.Which was 78.24%.
