摘　　要：通过对《中国文献编目规则》第一版和第二版有关细则的对比分析,阐述了修订后的《中国文献编目规则》(第二版)所体现的客观著录原则与规范标目原则。在强调文献编目应遵循客观、规范原则的同时,对正确认识和处理机读目录中的客观著录与规范标目做了进一步的探讨。By analysing the first and the second edition of Chinese Documents Cataloguing Rules, this paper sets forth the principles of objective description and standard heading that documents cataloguing should conform to and discusses thoroughly how to appropriately understand and deal with these two principles in documents cataloguing.
