上睑下垂78例手术分析

摘　　要：用额肌悬吊术或提上睑肌缩短术治疗７８例（８８眼）上睑下垂病例，治愈７１眼（８０．６％），基本治愈１２眼（１３．４％），矫正不足３眼（３．１％），矫正过度２眼（２．９％）．笔者认为，术前分析病因；注意提上睑肌肌力的测定；采用适当的手术方法，是手术成功的关键．Seventy-eight cases(88 eyes)of upper eyelid ptosis were corrected either withfrontal suspension or with levator resection. Seventy-one eyes(80.6%)were remedied success-fully,12 eyes(13.4%)moderately,3 eyes(3.1%)insufficiently and 2 eyes(2.9%)excessively. Attention should be paid to the following points: 1)conscientious analysis of disease causes be-fore operation; 2)myodynamic determination of upper eyelid;3) appropriate application of sur-gical technique.
